You are advised to ensure you have and maintain adequate insurance cover in respect of any loss of or damage to data stored on the Server.

mach2media ltd shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of your use of this web hosting service and/or domain name registration.

We renew domains and allocate server space well in advance of your annual/bi-annual renewal dates. This is to ensure uninterrupted service for your website, email etc.
You must provide us with notification at least one clear month in advance if you no longer require your website and/or its associated domain name(s).

Web design projects: a deposit of 30% of the agreed cost of the site secures mach2media ltd as your web developer. If the exact cost of the website project is not known, a reaonable deposit will be agreed between mach2media ltd and its customer.

Invoices: All invoices rendered by mach2media ltd are payable within fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice. The Customer agrees to pay mach2media ltd in full within this time period.
